Corporate yoga

Professional seminar Corporate yoga – Yoga in the work environment is intended for additional yoga instructor education.

This professional seminar consists of two modules: “A” and “B”.

Module “A” encompasses theoretical and practical knowledge and is intended for yoga instructors with the goal to assist managers (directors). Yoga instructors learn special techniques including pranayama, dharana, dhyana, as well as a carefully structured series of asanas intended for managers in order to help them:

– deal with key problems specific for managers, concerning their psychophysical state (stress, burnout syndrome, hypertension….)

– strengthen themselves in order to establish better relationship with the workers

– create conditions for efficient team work

– create a healthy and encouraging corporative culture teeming with synergy

Participants learn a yoga program intended for individual, as well as group yoga teaching, designed for managers.

Module “B” encompasses theoretical and practical knowledge intended for workers in organizations. Yoga instructors learn special techniques and a professionally structured series of asanas intended for workers.

Result: Yoga instructors that finish the Corporate Yoga seminar successfully gain the right to conduct yoga lessons with managers and workers, using the precisely determined and well tested methodology to improve organizations expressing care about their employees. By terminating the course one gets a certificate confirming the successfully executed training and the possibility of constant support by our experienced team.

Applications will be received until group is complete. The number of available places in the group is limited.

As soon as the group is formed, time and place of the event will be forwarded to all applicants.

The seminar will be held on weekends.
